It is hard to say last "Hello" here. By this blog page, I went to many restaurants and gave you much detailed information about hygiene, atmosphere, quality of service, taste... I did face to face interview with founders, managers, workers of restaurants. Maybe in future I, as founder of a food brand, can give speech and share my experiences with bloggers. I hope information that I gave you be beneficial for you and you enjoy them. Specially thanks to Müge Mengü Hale for helping me at how to use blog techniques. We all know pizza is an Italian cuisine and it is very popular in the world. Some big American pizza delivery services such as Pizza Hut, Domino's Pizza and Little Caesars Pizza are doing business in many regions of Turkey. Types of pizza in this firms are very similar. However, there is a pizza restaurant making different kinds of pizzas that situation makes it be different from others. Pizza İl Forno! It is a new boutique pizza restaurant. Its location is in Bilkent Station Centre. Many kinds of pizzas with both thin and both crust are prepared fast, fresh and hot. Workers are always smiling and very helpful that makes you want to visit there again. There is a kitchen which is open to customers. Thus, it is easy to see how our orders are prepared by chefs. The atmosphere reminds us it is like a litte retauran in Italy. There are many kinds of pizzas such a tuna, four season, vegetarian, mushroom, chicken with barbeque sauce, margaritta, rib eye steak, ricotta, chocolate, rib eye steak, meatball, pepperoni and hawaian. They are are really delicious and different style of food. " People wanted a new style food restaurant about Pizza. Therefore, I decided to run this business" says Utku Özer, the founder of Pizza İl Forno. As locations there are three restaurants of it. Yıldız, Bilkent and Tunalı Hilmi street.

It is very crucial condition for the eastern culture. Now there is a new style of döner kebap. A restaurant which is called " Duble Döner" synthesizes this delicious food with western culture. This restaurant's concept like fast food restaurants. It also reminds us the Chinese-Japanese fast food. This restaurant is new brand of Teppenyaki Alaturka Restaurants. Until this time, we always get used to eating döner kebap at all down at heels restaurants. However, duble döner is giving us a chance to eat at more modern luxury restaurants. There are four restaurants of it such as bahçelievler, bilkent, çukurambar and çankaya regions. The most important issue is the hot lavashes are prepared on second flat and they are sent on little slide and chef takes them and put meat, sauces, onions and spices. It is very interesting to watch what is going on. Now, I will go on giving you information by photo gallery... I always wondered whether I can fly with coming winds ... Sometimes changing is good, sometimes going somewhere is being renewed. We decided to go a new fish restaurant called " Balıkçı Rüzgarı". It means that wind of fisher. We thought that wind may have brought us to this fresh place. This restaurant was coming into prominence by its quality condition. Its appetizers are really delicious and fresh enough. There are many kinds of appetizers such as seabass with mustard, cayenne pepper with yoghurt, octopus galantine and fried calamaris. This brand has just one restaurant in Çankaya province. It also has playgrounds for children. There is also valet service. Restaurant has two flats consists of open and closed areas. For cost to be honest, they are more expensive compared to little fish restaurant. However, I think that it really deserves it because of quality. "We provide our products to customers as hot and fresh. Therefore, our customers do not complain about the costs" says Enver. If Fried calamaris was not fried as much as It would keep its juicy taste. Seabass in oven was so delicious. The accompaniment of garlic's taste was like dancing as couples. Octopus galantine was good but it was a little bit more rigid as I wished. Cayenne pepper with youghurt was good and I tried and tired again. To sum up, I enjoyed with my taste very much. One of the beautiful fish restaurant is "Balık Yemek". In Turkish it means that eating fish. It looks simple but it is like a depth of ocean. Kinds of fish and other shelfish. They are mysterious that ready to be discovered! Balık Yemek is a very lovely restaurant. Atmosphere takes you to deep blue oceans... Freshness! I was very excited for tasting kinds of fish. I will share my experience by showing pictures. Lets have a look at! Hello Everyone, It is so exacting that I will introduce you three great fish restaurants at Ankara. I went there and observed how they are fast at cooking and servicising, giving importance to customer satisfaction and hygiene issues. Let's explore these restaurants... 1- my fıshIt is great that when you order what you want, it comes to your table instantly! There are variety of fish such as salmon, mackerel, gilt head bream, etc. They are so fresh as if they were catched ten minutes ago. For appetizer , they gave us olive oil, thyme and aubergine puree with yoghurt. They are really delicious. It is hard to hesitate for wanting them in second time. After them, our salmon meal and gilt head bream were served in warm and also cooked in grill. With fish they also gave us jardinieres in plate. Eating them makes you feel you did not eat anything. So light!Costs are not expensive compared to other restaurants. Many people do not want to visit there because of having prejudice about expensiveness. Place also makes you feel you are near harbour and hear sea gulls singing... However, it is like sea pearl among many restaurants. Firstly place is big enough. Tables are not close each other. Thus, it is easy to communicate with your friends in silence mode. Firstly, they gave us olive oil, olive and different kind of fresh bread as appertizer. Oil was mixed with pomegranate sauce and peppers. When you taste dipping oil, it makes you do it again. Until there is no oil and bread, our order was served fast . They were grilled salmon and fish and chips. Grilled salmon was also satisfying and delicious. Broccoli puree was so delicious. It made a new concept for grilled fish. Great combination! Sparrowgrass left more juicy taste on grilled fish. With them potato salad was also delicious. Boiled potatoes and spicy cream sauce was like some people from different culture come together and create a new dance style. Other oder, fish and chips, was also delicious. Mackerel was fresh too. Its sauce was in harmony with fish and tomatoes. Although it was sauce, I can say that it was lean meal. Since view of restaurant, customers generally do not want to order fish menu. Downtown is pretty talented angler! Armada AVM Hayat Sokağı 444 7 655 3-deli yengeçThis boutique fish restaurant has sea themed decoration. It is like being in seaside town. Playing songs are so soft that make you lie on sunbed. Shades of blue has command at atmosphere. As it was said all products are sent to restaurant daily. It has many kind of starters such as Crete Pate with Pesto, marinated seabass with mustard, octopus salad, roasted eggplant with sesame oil, fume trout with tartar sauce and aegean herbs ( sea beans, radiccho). I think Crete Pate with Pesto is a new taste. I have never tried it before. Sweet basil and cheese got in harmony. Octopus salad was cooked well. It was not prosaic. fume trout with tartar sauce was great. Tartar sauce is easy to use with many kind of fish. While tasting sea beans , I felt I pulled them from aegean sea coast. Do all of you imagine going seaside , when someone offers eating fish? I am sure many of you will do. However, there is good news... We do not have to go to Norway for Salmon and other kind of fish. Ankara is the rising star of fresh fish! Although it is located in the middle of Turkey, tons of fresh fish from many different regions have first stop at Ankara . Fish is so fresh that they are like dancing in ceremony. In my blog, we will go on a water journey . Different places , different tastes... I will give information about each restaurants, their recipes ,tastes, costs. I will give comment how they are good at cooking. So why don't we get ready?
